The location and views are beautiful. The pools, green lawns, small hill, and animals make the place very refreshing and peaceful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and pleasant — overall a lovely stay. ?

When busy, can be disturbing to the peace and tranquility of the place.

The hotel was significantly overpriced for the experience provided. Unfortunately, the room assigned did not reflect the rate paid and fell well below expectations. In addition, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, which was disappointing and unacceptable given the price point.Overall, the value for money was poor, and the stay did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel in this category.

It was our first experience to Hatta. Living in Dubai, it is a close 1.5 hour drive to escape the hustle of the city. The air is clean, people are friendly and it is as beautiful as in the pictures. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway to collect your thoughts or celebrate a loved one.

The food was so-so, but we managed to find alternatives.

The staff were very attentive, the cabin was cozy, the projector in the room was a highlight during our stay.

The only feedback would be that the animals kept on the property don’t have the proper enclosures to live a healthy life. The deer barely have any space to run as they do normally, and the horses look malnourished. Kindly take the time to invest into proper care of the animals. Thank you!

The cabin rooms for the dog. Restaurant. The whole area is great for walking, exploring. Lovely drive to reach the hotel

I booked for 2 people, counting my dog and myself. For a cabin room, and dog, I had to pay extra. They said to book directly with the hotel, as Booking.com do not list dogs.

Room smelled like humidity, floor was soaked from broken a/c, had to wait 1 hour out of my room until they fixed it, and was watching how they cleaned a dirty a/c

the facilities are really good specially for someone who travels with kids there are so many activities

the only issue we had was with sofa bed which made so much noise and was not very comfortable to use

The location and the view was amazing.

Way over priced for the dates facilities, the breakfast buffet full of flies none of the staff seemed to care it was almost normal. Dinner was average, maybe my expectations were higher given the price I paid. Don’t think I will be returning there anytime soon, rather wait for another resort to open so they can hopefully raise their standards.

The staff, lush greens / big spaces within the property, food was lovely, the room was great, facilities were also great!

Bathroom porcelain is a bit “old” but nothing major, I had 3 power outages where the main circuit board shut off only in my room. A bit worrisome if I wanted to charge my devices but they were quick to respond, I hope this gets fixed coz it was quite scary hearing the loud bang and everything going dark.

Great rooms, excellent staff, and lovely food. Lots of things to do in the resort for the family. They even gave us connected rooms to make the stay memorable.

Restaurant had limited selection of vegetarian food which could be better. Even Indian cuisine for dinner options can be increased.

The location is amazing , as soon as you step into the resort the mountains, the greenery make you totally relaxed . The place is very spacious , even though there were many people at check in and breakfast but in the resort it seems very quiet and peaceful . There are many activities like archery , two pools , evening movie , there is a hill you can go up to and see the view .Hotel staff is extremely pleasant and always switched on .

Hotel premises are good, breakfast is nice and the staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Hotel facilities are generally expected to be included in the stay. Having to pay separately for access to the paddle court was unexpected, as this is not standard practice in most comparable hotels.

Not for people who need help in walking, transportation not available enough

It was our first time to JA fort and we were delighted with stay. Phyo at front desk was quite professional with excellent customer service and hospitality. He gave me thorough information regarding ky booking. Great guy.. He welcomed us with complimemrary birthday cake for my wife. We stayed in Terra cabin which was at a peaceful location with mountain view. Breakfast was sumptuous. We enjoyed animal encounter along with kite flying and kids outdoor play area

Kids pool needs to be improved with more eye catchy space.
